沼津のレンタルスペース「POPLY（ポプリー）」（沼津市上土町）で10月18日・19日の2日間、「ヒット発想講座」が行われる。
　沼津出身で元バンダイナムコのプロデューサーを務めた小山順一朗さんが講師を務める同講座は、16人の少人数限定で開催する。

　小山さんは、ゲーム「アイドルマスター」シリーズや「機動戦士ガンダム 戦場の絆」の生みの親として「XR（クロスリアリティー）」を得意とすることに定評があり、ファンからは「コヤ所長」の愛称で親しまれている。来年からは後進の育成のため、東京芸術大学の教授も務めるという。

　講座では、小山さんが実践してきた「MIP理論」をテーマに14時間かけて学ぶ。14時間のカリキュラムの中では、座学だけでなく参加者で行うワークショップを通じて「ヒット理論」を学び、自ら作り上げていく企画を、偶然当たるものではなく、議論に基づき成功へとブラッシュアップする方法を学んでいく。

　同様の講座は都内で多く行われており、卒業生は一般サラリーマンなど多岐にわたる。年齢制限はなく誰でも受講できる。小山さんは「ゲーム会社在籍中は、この理論を使ってヒットへと導いていった。業界を問わず『やらない後悔よりやる未来を！』の精神で挑んでくれたら」と参加者に呼びかける。

Eriko Nakamura will Appear at Anime Central

About Eriko Nakamura
Eriko Nakamura is a Japanese voice actress, singer, narrator, and radio personality originally from the Kanagawa Prefecture. She is a veteran in the industry, with over 25 years of experience.

She is most well known as Haruka Amami in the long running game and anime series THE IDOLM@STER since 2005. As part of her work in the series, she has recorded on almost 400 CD albums, singles, radio recordings, Drama CDs, and more. She has also reprised her role as Haruka in the Fall 2023 anime, THE iDOLM@STER Million Live! In addition to voice acting, she has performed on stage at several live concerts for the franchise at prestigious venues, with appearances scheduled for 2025 as well.

Some of her other roles include Mikage Kiryuu in the Space Battleship Yamato 2199 series and subsequent sequels, including the latest movie installments Yamato Forever: REBEL3199, Chisato Sumiyoshi in Love, Elections, and Chocolate, Beatrice “Lilium” Anastasi in the game Freedom Wars and Freedom Wars Remastered, Belgium from Hetalia: Axis Powers and more. She also co-starred in an episode of viral anime Pop Team Epic with fellow Anime Central guest Asami Imai, playing the role of Popuko, while the latter played the role of Pipimi.

Eriko Nakamura currently co-hosts a web radio show entitled “Bread BanqueT”, together with Asami Imai. The program is available on YouTube and Japanese video sharing service NicoNico Douga.

About Asami Imai
Asami Imai is a Japanese voice actress, narrator, and singer originally from the Yamaguchi Prefecture. Affectionately known by her nickname “Asamingosu” or “Mingosu” for short, she is a veteran that has over 25 years of experience in the industry.

She is most well known for her role as Chihaya Kisaragi in the long running game and anime series THE IDOLM@STER, a role she has played for almost 20 years. As part of her work in the series, she has performed on stage at live concerts for the franchise, including at prestigious venues such as Yokohama Arena, Nippon Budokan, Belluna Dome, Saitama Super Arena, Tokyo Dome and many more.

Her solo work has been featured in tie-ups with games and anime, such as Plastic Memories (Ending), Steins;Gate 0 (Ending), Corpse Party: Tortured Souls (Opening), Nyan Koi! (Ending), and several others.

She is also an avid gamer, having hosted the program “Asami Imai’s Singer Song Gamer” on gaming magazine website Famitsu, that ran from 2009 to 2015. After the broadcast ended, she continued to post on Japanese video hosting site Nico Nico Douga, and has also been uploading to her YouTube channel. She also recently made her VTuber debut under the name 詩趣ミンゴス (Poetic Mingosu), and she regularly streams on YouTube solo, as well as collaborations with other VTubers. She will release her first CD as her VTuber in April.

バンダイナムコホールディングスは9月24日、『ワニワニパニック』の開発者、およびバンダイナムコホールディングス、バンダイナムコエンターテインメントの元代表取締役社長として知られる石川祝男氏が9月9日に逝去したことを報じた。

享年は69歳。通夜および告別式は近親者にて既に行われており、遺族の強い意向により、供花、供物、香典、弔電、弔問などは固く辞退するとしている。また、日を改めて故人を偲ぶお別れの会を執り行う予定とのこと。

石川祝男氏は、1989年に発売され現在も愛されるロングセラー商品『ワニワニパニック』を企画し、開発したことで知られる人物だ。

「ワニワニパニック」の開発後は『アイドルマスター』のエグゼクティブ・プロデューサーとして活躍し、2006年4月にバンダイナムコゲームス（現バンダイナムコエンターテインメント）の代表取締役社長に就任、2009年4月にはバンダイナムコグループを統括するバンダイナムコホールディングスの代表取締役社長に就任した。

代表取締役社長となってからは2010年3月期に赤字を記録してしまったバンダイナムコグループの立て直しに尽力し、スピードあるグループへの改革を目指した「リスタートプラン」を推進し、現在もグループの中核である「IP軸戦略」を掲げ、その効果によりグループの業績が大きく回復したという実績を持ち合わせている。

その後は2015年6月にバンダイナムコホールディングスの代表取締役会長、2018年6月には顧問に就任した後、翌年2019年6月に退職している。
